All orders submitted before 2pm will be processed and shipped same day. All orders placed after 2pm will be processed and shipped next day. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for shipment to arrive, depending on location. Once your order has been shipped, our team will be in contact with tracking details.

All orders within Australia are shipped express with a flat rate of $10 using Australia Post.

Good news! For all orders with 2 or more products you will receive complimentary express shipping. 

Please note: Delivery times are guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays by Australia Post and public holidays.

All orders placed on public holidays will be processed and shipped next business day.

Please note, orders will not be shipped during warehouse close down periods: 

December 24th - December 27th. 

December 31st - January 2nd. 

All orders placed within this time will be processed next business day upon warehouse re opening. 

International Orders & SHIPPING

We are currently shipping to the following countries internationally:

United States and New Zealand.

Please allow up to 6-21 business days for all international orders to arrive with standard delivery.

We offer express international shipping for all international orders. Please allow up to 5-10 business days.

We want to be able to provide you with the fastest, affordable and most sustainable shipping method for Skin Series no matter where you are in the world. We are currently working hard on a bringing Skin Series to more countries around the globe including warehouses in dedicated countries for faster shipping and cheaper delivery rates. Where do you ship from?

All orders within Australia are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse.

When do orders get shipped?

All orders submitted before 2pm will be processed and shipped same day. All orders placed after 2pm will be processed and shipped next business day. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for shipment to arrive, depending on location. Once your order has been shipped, our customer care team will be in contact with tracking details. If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out over the following business days (Monday – Friday).

Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during periods such as sales, weather conditions, or due to other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond SKIN SERIES reasonable control.  

Refunds & Returns

We hope you love Skin Series as much as we do however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a refund within 30 days from ship date. All returns will be refunded to the original method of payment that was used to process the order and only on all full price products (not sale items). No refunds will be processed outside of 30 day period. If you have purchased a product from one of our authorised retail partners, please follow that retailer’s return policy. Please note, returns will not be accepted outside of the 30 day period.

Any reactions to the items must also include a photo evidence with your form submission

Returns that do not meet our requirements will not be accepted and will be sent back to customer:

- Items returned in non-saleable condition such as -unsealed, used (with exception of damaged or faulty items) relabelled and refiled.

- Used product

- Physically damaged from dropping etc will not be refunded.

How will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed via the same payment method used at checkout.

How long will it take for my refund?

All refunds will be processed once the product arrives back into our warehouse and processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 1-5 business days for funds to clear into your account.
