What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept paypal as well as Afterpay & Klarna.

What if there is a problem with my order? 

Please contact us here with your order number in the subject box and our customer care team will be in touch with you within 24 hours.

Can I edit or change an order after it has been submitted?

We ship orders very quickly at Skin Series HQ therefore all orders that have been processed via our website are not able to be modified or cancelled. Please contact us here if you have any concerns in relation to your order that you have submitted. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause.

What if I have received the incorrect order?

Please contact us at orders@skinseries.com.au and we will correct this asap for you.

Our Products

Who formulated Skin Series products?

Skin Series has been formulated by our founder and Skin Therapist, Maddison Temelkovski alongside a boutique team of incredible cosmetic chemists specialising in the world of cosmeceutical and medical grade skin care.

Maddison has over 14 years of industry experience working alongside well known plastic surgeons, dermal clinicians and cosmetic nurses as well as having her own award winning cosmetic practice, The Aesthetic Skin Clinic.

Are there any fragrances in Skin Series products?

All of the products in our range are FRAGRANCE-FREE. Any fragrance that you may smell in our products is naturally occurring from our powerful botanical extracts.

What are your products free from?

Our products are free from toxic ingredients such as parabens, SLS, SLES, PEG, EDTA, synthetic fragrances, artificial colours, emulsifiers, formaldehyde, phthalates, silicones and mineral oils.

Am I having a reaction?

There is quite a big difference from a reaction to a response within the skin. If you are having a true reaction to a product, this will occur generally within 24hours or almost immediately after product use. You may experience swelling, irritation, itchiness and dryness.

If you are experiencing a response within the skin, this is simply your skin adjusting to your new skincare ingredients. A true response can be a mild breakout as your skin goes through a “purging” phase and or a slight dryness. If you have any concerns, please contact our customer care team at contact@skinseries.com.au or our live chat on our website. We have a team of skin specialists who can help guide you and chat through your skin concerns at any time. We also strongly suggest you keep up to date with our education about our products, formulations, how to use them and what to expect via our social media channels.

Are our products tested on animals?

All of our products are NOT tested on animals. Skin Series is proud to say we are a cruelty free company.

Are our products vegan?

All of our products are vegan.

Can I mix serums?

We suggest following our core method of cleanse, hydrate, correct and protect to achieve optimal skin health. This means using one product at a time from each of these categories. All instructions are listed on the product packaging and website. Our products and formulations are not tested against other skincare brands formulations and ingredients, therefore we strongly suggest following our core method when using our products to avoid irritation and reactions.
